Where Gymnastics is Fun!
Physical fitness and gymnastics are emphasized in our unique programs. Through the medium of gymnastics, rhythms, and other physical education related activities, your child will develop gross motor skills as well as perceptual skills, strength, coordination, flexibility, grace, poise, agility, balance and kinesthetic awareness.
Our primary goal is to bring the best out of all students by meeting their individual needs and interests. Whether your reason for coming to us is for fun, physical development, remedial purposes or for the opportunity to train hard in order to excel in various levels of competitive experiences, we have a class

2024 Champions
Congratulations to our Bronze Xcel Athletes on an amazing 2024 NYS state Championships!
Congratulations to Giana on making the 2024 regional all star team and being in the top 14 at NYS Xcel Silver Championships!
Giana also won 1st place All Around and is the 1st place champion in her age division on floor!
Wow! Olivia with 9.9 at NYS 2024 Xcel Silver Championship and which made her the NYS Xcel Silver Bar Champion in her age group! 1st place!
Congratulations Valentina on making the NYS Regional All Star Team and being the 2024 NYS Beam Champion in Xcel Silver in her age division! 1st place!
Congratulations to Anna on being the 2024 NYS Beam champion in Xcel Gold in her age group!!!
Gracie! She competed at the NYS Silver Xcel championship and qualified for regionals! Along iwth medaling on every event she was in the top 25 out of more than 600 competitors!
Camryn qualified to regionals in Xcel Gold! She shined at states putting her in the top 37 out of more than 500 competitors!
