Our classes are ongoing. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for any reason. By registering for our classes, your child’s monthly tuition reserves a spot in the class you choose each week. Tuition is due by the 1st of each month via our auto pay program. We do not offer trial classes or walk-ins. One class is not enough time for our students to see how amazing our program is, for this reason we only accept enrollment in classes.
Our monthly tuition prices are based on your child’s participation and reflect 3-5 classes a month. Some months may have 5 classes while other months may have 3 classes. This has been factored into our pricing and there will be no additional consideration for months that have less than 3 classes or more than 4. Late fees will be assessed for any charges outstanding after the 1st. Late fee is $15.00. Long term enrollment is the most beneficial. Dynasty Athletics, LLC charges $35.00 for a returned check fee. By agreeing to our policies, you authorize us to charge your card on file for any outstanding charges you have incurred at Dynasty Athletics, LLC.
Here are some of the main policies for our gym. Please read these so you are familiar with how we operate. These policies are to help us ensure our students, staff and families stay safe.
Safety Rules/Attitude (please share these with your gymnast!)
- Horseplay/rough play will not be tolerated.
- A positive attitude and desire to learn is required at all times.
- Please remove your shoes for class, no street shoes in the gym at any time.
- No one may go on any equipment/mat at any time without proper supervision.
- New skills may not be attempted without an instructor’s permission.
- Dress Code: Girls should wear a leotard. Boys should wear t-shirts and shorts. No jewelry is to be worn, including earrings. Long hair must be tied off the face. No hairclips or bobby pins.
- No food, candy, gum, or drinks are permitted in the gym.
- Instructors have the right to dismiss a student from class or from the gym permanently for disruptive or inappropriate behavior so please be sure to let you child know that they must follow directions.
We will notify you via email, text, facebook and our website if we are cancelling classes for any reason. We will cancel by 1pm for inclement weather. If any later please check the above communication avenues before venturing out in case of a mid -day cancellation.
Even if we remain open and you do not feel safe traveling, stay home…we will get you a makeup class!
Tuition is billed monthly and is applied per month, not per class. We require a credit card to be kept on file in our secure system. The card on file will be charged on the 1st of each month for that month’s tuition. If you wish to no longer attend our facility and withdraw from our program, we kindly request that you let us know in writing by emailing the gym by the 20th of the month for the following month. Please DO NOT TELL A COACH, the coaches are extremely busy and may not relay the message. Please contact our office in writing and receive a confirmation from us to confirm withdrawing.
You must let us know by the 20th of the current month of your intent to withdraw for the next month. If you don’t let us know by the 20th, you will be charged for the next month! REFUNDS will NOT be given under any circumstances.
Annual Registration Fee
This fee is annual and is due upon enrolling with us for classes or day camp. Currently the annual registration fee is $60.00 per family.
The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th child in the same family gets a 10% discount.
Same Student in a 2ndClass: 10% discount off the regular monthly tuition.
If your child misses a class, please schedule a makeup class at the front desk. We do not allow makeups after you withdraw from our program, nor will we allow you to make up a missed class after 4 weeks has gone by since the absence. We will not allow more than 1 makeup per month. We do not discount tuition for missed classes.
If for any reason, you wish to withdraw your child from our program you may do so! Please let us know by writing the office via email of your intent to withdraw. You must let us know by the 20th of the current month of your intent to withdraw for the next month. If you don’t let us know by the 20th, you will be charged for the next month!
Late Fee – Any charges outstanding after the 1st of the month will incur a $15.00 late fee. No exceptions
